Here is very interesting article I have read in the Blogs of Bishop Leonardo Medroso of the Diocese of Tagbilaran in Bohol Province, Philippines The People of God, the Liturgy and the Religious Artists The article aptly speaks of the trend in Philippine Churches such as the removal of the communion rails (iconostasis) and the images of the saints in favor of a single image of the Risen Christ. Then too speaks of the removal of the Blessed Sacrament in the center of the Church. Indeed if one would analyze these reforms it is rooted in a philosphy that will overthrow the faith and very foundation of Catholic Belief. Please read the article by following the link.
